- 1 medium sized pear
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup tomato paste
- 50g raw walnuts, chopped
- 200g fresh rocket
- 1 medium sized pizza base
- vegan feta (optional)
Slice pear into thin pieces, before adding to a saucepan with olive oil, maple syrup and balsamic vinegar. Cook on medium heat until the pear begins to brown and soften.
Place your pizza base on a pizza tray, topping with tomato paste and pears, before cooking in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden.
Top with fresh rocket, walnuts and vegan feta (if desired), before cutting the pizza into 6-8 pieces and enjoying!
