Usage & care
Setting up your Mandoline Multi Slicer:
- Your Mandoline handle will be packed in the lock position. Twist the handle clockwise to release – take care as the handle will release quickly.
- To insert the Ingredient Chute, first lift the Chute release tab at the front of the Mandoline.
- Align the serrated flat end of the Ingredient Chute through the bottom of the opening and push into place before releasing the Chute release tab.
- Ensure your Mandoline Multi Slicer stand is pulled out until the stand locks in place.
- Always place your Mandoline on a stable, flat surface before use.
- Position the Container beneath your Mandoline with the lip fitting securely over the back stand.
Adjusting your Mandoline Slicer Blades:
- Lift and rotate the Matchstick Knob 360 degrees to activate the blades, and secure back in place. For thinner Julienne strips activate both the Matchstick and Julienne Knobs.
- The Slicing Dial allows you to adjust the thickness from 0-8mm.
Using your Mandoline Slicer:
- Place your ingredient in the Ingredient Chute and use the Pusher to push against the blade.
- Push down on the Handle to slice and then release.
- Tip – some larger ingredients may need to be pre-cut prior to feeding into the Chute.
