Usage and Care

Wash before first use. Ensure it is thoroughly dry before storing. To maintain your bamboo board, occasionally rub a small amount of food-grade mineral oil into the surface after cleaning. Hand wash recommended. Wash before first use. Do not leave to soak in water. Wash as soon as possible after use and allow to thoroughly dry before storing.
Tip - to prevent bamboo board from moving while cutting, place a damp cloth underneath.
