Recipe by Steph de Sousa from The Frugal Foodie, Season 2, Episode 6
Step 1
In a Wiltshire Ceramic Mixing Bowl, whisk milk, egg and melted butter until well combined.
Step 2
Add flour, cocoa and sugar. Whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Lightly grease your Wiltshire Enamel pie dish and pour in the batter. Scatter over the frozen berries.
Step 4
Sprinkle cocoa powder and brown sugar evenly over the top.
Step 5
Carefully pour boiling water over the back of a spoon onto the batter. This helps keep the pudding light.
Step 6
Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes until the top is set and the sauce is bubbling underneath.
Step 7
Serve warm straight from the dish. Add a scoop of ice cream if you like.
