Usage & care

Before using for the first time, remove all packaging, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.

We recommend greasing and flouring the bakeware according to your recipe or packet mix directions as this can affect the way some baked goods rise or cook.

We recommend to follow the temperature guide from your recipe. Your bakeware is oven safe to 220°C. Never place your bakeware on a hot stove top or allow direct contact with a flame. Not microwave safe. Your bakeware is made with quality carbon steel and a superior non-stick finish. Do not use metal knives or utensils as they may damage the non-stick surface. Always use silicone, nylon or wooden utensils.

Allow your bakeware to cool to room temperature before securing carry lid on top or for cleaning. Your carry lid is not suitable for microwave or oven use. Ensure clips are locked securely onto bakeware before carrying. Do not overload bakeware.

For that extra sparkle we recommend to hand wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before storing.
