Ingredients
For The Tacos
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 8-10 small tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- Grated cheese
- Fresh coriander
- Lime wedges
For The Bowls
- Tomato salsa
- Guacamole
Warm tortillas, pile on your favourite fillings and bring everything to the table. Your Wiltshire taco holder keeps three tacos upright while the two serving bowls are just right for salsa, guacamole and all the good stuff.
Step 1
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef mince and cook until browned, breaking it up as you go.
Step 2
Stir through the taco seasoning with a splash of water. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated.
Step 3
Warm your tortillas according to the packet instructions. Pop three tortillas into your Wiltshire taco holder and fill with beef, lettuce and cheese.
Step 4
Fill the serving bowls with salsa and guacamole, then bring it all to the table.
Step 3
Finish your tacos with coriander, a squeeze of lime and a spoonful of your favourite topping.
Mix it up
Swap the beef for grilled chicken, pulled pork, black beans or charred veggies. Then load up the bowls with whatever you love - corn salsa, jalapeños, sour cream or extra cheese.
