A refreshing floral mocktail for Mother's Day.
Ingredients
- 150ml elderflower cordial (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 fresh lime (juiced)
- 300ml sparkling water (or soda water)
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves
- Crushed ice
- Lime slices and edible flowers (optional, for garnish)
Step 1
In each Wiltshire Salute Gin Glass, add a few mint leaves and gently muddle with the back of a spoon to release the flavour.
Step 2
Add crushed ice until the glass is ¾ full.
Step 3
Pour 75ml of elderflower cordial and half the lime juice into each glass.
Step 4
Top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
Step 5
Garnish with a lime wheel, a sprig of mint, and edible flowers if you like that extra magic
