Ingredients
- 800g pork mince
- 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed or finely chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- ½ tsp white pepper
- Packet of wonton wrappers
- For the garnish - a drizzle of soy sauce, spring onions, sesame seeds, coriander or your favourite Asian dressing, or chilli oil.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix well together all the ingredients (except the wonton wrappers).
Step 3
In a slice pan or baking dish, create layers of meat mixture and wonton wrappers that have been quickly dipped in water. Your first layer should be wonton wrappers. Continue layering until baking dish is full, or filling is used up. Finish with a layer of Wonton wrappers.
Step 4
Place over a larger baking tray, half filled with boiling water. Cover with baking paper and tightly cover with foil.
Step 5
Place into your preheated oven 180°C Fan Forced for 45mins or until cooked through.
Step 6
Garnish with a drizzle of soy sauce, spring onions, sesame seeds, coriander or your favourite Asian dressing, or chilli oil.
