Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup SR flour
- 1 small brown onion, finely diced
- 3 large zucchini, grated and excess water squeezed out (finely grated)
- 1 cup pumpkin, grated.
- 200g ham, sliced
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 small handful basil
- 1 capsicum, diced finely
- 2-4 garlic cloves, crushed
- Salt and pepper

Step 1
Mix everything in a bowl and pour into the oiled bakeware tray.
Step 2
Place into the oven for 35 minutes on 180 degrees celsius or until nice and golden brown on top.
Step 3
Allow to cool and slice into individual portions thta can be frozen for use later.
