Ingredients
- 3 medium Carisma Potatoes
- Handful of parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Step 1
Prick the potatoes and microwave for 10 minutes, depending on their size, until tender.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes in half and use a cup to squash the potatoes with the skin facing up.
Step 3
Place grated parmesan on tray and cover with squashed potato. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cook in air fryer at 170 °C for 15 minutes.
Notes
The parmesan goes crispy around the edges and soft in the middle – it’s really yummy. Alternatively, if you want the parmesan crispy, flip the potatoes halfway through cooking.
